Role Overview

Reporting to: Sr Project Manager

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing extended support in planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • ✓Work with client and management teams to complete the project charter, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
  • ✓Manage project development from initiation to closure.
  • ✓Complete work breakdown structures to estimate effort required for each task.
  • ✓Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
  • ✓Determine if external consultants or contractors are required to complete the project plan.
  • ✓Define how results will be measured and complete post-project evaluations to assess outcomes.
  • ✓Ensure all project documents are safely archived after project completion.
  • ✓Track and maintain team data.
  • ✓Communicate with leads, management, and clients.
  • ✓Manage vendors and budgets.

What We're Looking For

Role Overview

Reporting to: QA Manager

Reporting to the QA Manager, we are seeking a detail-oriented eLearning Quality Analyst with 0 to 2 years of experience in quality assurance for digital learning solutions. The role involves reviewing, testing, and validating eLearning courses to ensure they meet organizational standards, function seamlessly across platforms, and deliver an engaging learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • ✓Conduct functional testing of eLearning modules across devices, browsers, and LMS platforms.
  • ✓Verify SCORM and xAPI compliance and ensure accurate learner tracking through LMS platforms.
  • ✓Identify, document, and report bugs or usability issues through the defect management system.
  • ✓Audit course content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to instructional design guidelines.
  • ✓Check grammar, formatting, and multimedia integration (audio, video, and graphics).
  • ✓Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG and Section 508).
  • ✓Work closely with instructional designers, developers, and SMEs to resolve issues.
  • ✓Maintain QA checklists, test cases, and documentation.
  • ✓Provide feedback to improve learner engagement and usability.

What We're Looking For

  • ✓Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
  • ✓Bachelor’s degree in BE, BTech, BSc, or BCA.
  • ✓Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.).
  • ✓Basic knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and HTML5.
  • ✓Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • ✓Good interpersonal and communication skills.
