Trainee- Post Production Artist
Role Overview
Reporting to: Manager-Postproduction
The Trainee-Post Production Artist will be operating closely with the development team, will be responsible for quality and creativity, and shall support to increase overall impact and effectiveness of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Should have fair knowledge of After effects.
- Should be able to follow instructions given in the storyboard and animate graphics in After effects.
- Should be able to enhance the visualization by using special effects.
- Should have basic knowledge of photoshop and sound editing.
- Good communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive the continuous value of our project.
- Ensure all project documents are safely archived after project completion.
- An amazing ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and operate successfully under planned deadlines.

What We're Looking For
- Graduation in any stream.
- Must have completed a course on After effects.

Role Overview
Reporting to: Sr Project Manager
Reporting to the Sr Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for providing extended support in planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the client and management to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
- Manage project development from initiation to closure.
- Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.
- Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
- Determine if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete the project plan.
- Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
- Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion.
- Track and maintain team data.
- Communicate with leads, management, and clients.
- Manage vendors and budgets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 0 to 3 years' experience in project coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any Engineering stream.
- Ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced team environment, juggling multiple projects and clients.
- Team working skills - Loads of energy and excitement.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should be ready to work in hybrid mode.
- E-learning domain experience is an added advantage.
